News
We are finalizing a new skin-suit design with Nopinz, and their skin-suits should be available to order in GCCC colours very soon. The existing stock of Giordano skinsuits will be offered at a special, much discounted price of £50, which should be tempting even to occasional racers. Please check stock here.
Mike Thomas has been invited to ride in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Pageant on 5th June, on a 1931 BSA, so keep an eye open for him. I am sure we all look forward to seeing the photos.

Tip of the Month
Hedges are being cut and as we all know that means thorns, and thorns mean punctures. You might consider going tubeless, and undoubtedly the sealant in tubeless tyres makes the small holes that cause most punctures a non issue. Going tubeless doesn’t require a new bike and in most cases doesn’t even require new wheels, but it does mean developing some new skills. Try talking to your club mates about their experiences next time you watch a roadside puncture repair and perhaps you’ll be lucky enough never to have to do one yourself.
And Finally…
Members of the club are regularly doing all sorts of things on their bikes. If you have a particular cycling interest, chances are others will be in interested too, so please use the club to reach out to other members. This can be done via the Team App, or I can help.
