The Saturday ride continues to grow in popularity and this week a nicely varied group of eight enjoyed a Spin to the Malbury Cafe at Ledbury.
The weather threatened to spoil the party at one point, but merely pulling over and getting the jackets out was enough to scare the rain away.
It’s an excellent coffee stop, good coffee and cake, friendly service, and 10% if you cycled there.
I must record how impressed I was by the two junior riders. Not only did they comfortably keep up with the group, but their bike handling, group riding, road sense, and company at coffee were all excellent too. Chapeau guys, you’re welcome any time.
