Eight racers participated on a dry but blustery evening. Again Matt Hill proved fastest on the night and extended his lead in the season long Barnard Trophy to 40 points, making him the 2024 champion. There were some very close times, with 4 riders separated by 33 seconds. Matt also won the V40 CEBAR for 2024.
Tony Lake produced his season best (by 1 second) to win the V50 CEBAR (best average speed over 3 distances), just edging out Mark Warren.
Congratulations go to Matt and Tony for their trophy wins.
Many thanks to Simon Witts for doing the event signs and sign-on.
Also, thanks to timekeepers Malcolm Grainger and Emma Biggs.
