I found myself unexpectedly leading the Tempo ride to Kerne Bridge, the original leader turning back at Newent due to tiredness.

Once again I’m struggling for time so I got my grandson to help write the ride report, hope that’s okay.

Grandpa met his three friends by the big toy shop but didn’t even look at the hot-wheels cars or the pokemon. That’s silly. They just cycled and cycled and cycled, soooooo boooooring. Grandpa says I have to put in that they went to Newent and a cider place and then Hoarwithy and then a cafe. There was lots of cakes and grandpa had flapjack, I would have eaten all of them. They stop at cafés to go to the toilet but grandpa won’t say if he needed a number one or a number two.

Then grandpa said they cycled up a big cat, I think he made that bit up. Then they did more boooooring cycle to Ruardean and Flaxley then went really really fast along the big road.

Here is a picture I drew of grandpas bike.

64.2 miles, 3,727 ft, 16.2 mph.
