Science in sport (SIS) has given the Club a box of orange flavour GO isotonic energy gels. They are designed to deliver a quick and convenient supply of great-tasting, easily digestible carbohydrate without the need for water. They will be distributed free to riders on Sunday next, 26th March, at the Square before our normal rides on a first come first served basis. Don’t forget the clocks “spring forward” this weekend or you’ll miss out on this generous offer.
