Eddie Fletcher “Masterclass” seminar – invitation event

The Tewkesbury Tri club is planning a series of “Masterclass” seminars where invited expert speakers come and share their knowledge and pro tips. We have Eddie Fletcher on the 25th September for around 2 hours at lunchtime, 12:00-14:00. The venue is Tewkesbury leisure Centre.

Eddie is a real master in his area of physiology training, with an International reputation for coaching multi-sport athletes and especially cyclists, triathletes and rowers. He is going to talk about Inspiratory Muscle Training using Powerbreathe, Heart Rate Variability Training, proper pedal technique, and to tell us the real story about training zones and to de-bunk some myths about this.
