We were hotly pursued down Barton Street by the B ride but managed to lose them at Sneedhams Green. We then went to Brookthorpe, Naas Lane, Quedgeley, Elmore Saul Fretherne Frampton down the Green to to the Canal and then along the canal to The Black Shed.
After coffee and a sandwich our return journey took us past the Queen sitting on the porch of a house in Cambridge. We then crossed the A38 and took the road to Coaley past the station, then to Frocester and at Stonehouse there were a few spots of rain which fortunately didn’t get any heavier. We then turned off at Standish and took the road to Haresfield when we reached the next junction we turned left and then after a mile turned right and then over the motorway footbridge into Kingsway and explored some of the new cyclepaths through to Quedgely.
