On a warm April evening in Staunton, Matt Hill completed his 2nd win in two attempts with a fast time on the UC713 10 mile course, recording an average speed of 26.258mph.
It was a very tight race for second, with 11 seconds separating three riders.
Next week is a chance to qualify for the season long CEBAR competition with a 19 mile race on the Pendock Loop (2 laps).
To qualify for the CEBAR competition, riders have to complete evening races over 10, 19 and 25 miles. The fastest average speed (combined) in each age group wins a trophy.
