Committee meeting

Under rule 3.4 of the Constitution Committee meetings are held each month. Log in details and agenda will be supplied to Committee members beforehand.
Under rule 3.2 of the Constitution ” Any Club member may attend a Club Committee meeting without serving on the Committee, i.e. he or she may be present at a meeting but may not have a vote or speak at the meeting, except when the Chairman or a majority of the Committee believe that it is in the Committee’s interest to hear that person’s view.”
