It will improve your discipline when riding in a group at whatever pace you choose on the night\, and will certainly help your fitness\,\nWe encourage all members to have a go.\n\nSmall Groups will set off from The Longford Inn at 6.30 at 2-3 min intervals & various speeds so try and choose your group accordingly. By so doing we aim to avoid holding up a long line of cars\, if we can help it.
