DESCRIPTION:The classic Three Cities Reliability Ride through Worcester and Hereford to compete for the Boakes Shield or the Roadman’s Shield\, the rules for which have changed this year to encourage more riders on ‘road bikes’. It will be awarded to the fastest club member in the Three Cities Reliability Ride with the following restrictions: No time trial cycles\, No aero helmets\, Wheels rims no deeper than 35mm (excluding tyres)\, No skinsuits and no clip on or other aero tri-bars.Riders not  complying with these restrictions may ride but will not be eligible for the prize.
