Remember: \n\nIt’s not a race\, it’s training\nAim for a maximum group size of no more than six\, and space groups two minutes or more apart\nEveryone should work together but ride through smoothly and ease off when you come off the front\nHave fun\, be safe\, and follow the Club’s Covid guidelines.
