Log in details and agenda will be supplied to Committee members beforehand. \nUnder rule 3.2 of the Constitution ” Any Club member may attend a Club Committee meeting without serving on the Committee\, i.e. he or she may be present at a meeting but may not have a vote or speak at the meeting\, except when the Chairman or a majority of the Committee believe that it is in the Committee’s interest to hear that person’s view.” \nThe meeting may also be available on line.
