DESCRIPTION:The distance is typically 50+ miles non stop (post ride coffee optional). Pace is brisk\, typically averaging 20mph or more. Bring mudguards if road or weather is wet. \n\n\n\n\n\nThis week’s Sports Ride is heading towards the Malvern’s and up to British Camp.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRoute is on RIDEWITHGPS.COM\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n62.4 mi\, +3034 ft. Bike ride in Gloucester\, England\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNote that although this is race training the rules of the road still apply. Be courteous to other road users and ease the pace when going through built up areas. Remember: \n\nIt’s not a race\, it’s training\nAim for a maximum group size of no more than six\, and space groups two minutes or more apart\nEveryone should work together but ride through smoothly and ease off when you come off the front\nHave fun and be safe\n\nDetails of any changes will be posted to the Facebook page
