DESCRIPTION:The distance is typically 50 miles non stop (post ride coffee optional). Pace is brisk\, typically averaging 20mph or more. Bring mudguards if road or weather is wet. \nNote that although this is race training the rules of the road still apply. Be courteous to other road users and ease the pace when going through built up areas. Remember: \n\nIt’s not a race\, it’s training\nAim for a maximum group size of no more than eight\, and space groups two minutes or more apart\nEveryone should work together but ride through smoothly and ease off when you come off the front\nHave fun and be safe\n\n\nSundays Sports Ride will be heading towards Symonds Yat\, and a costa at Corretto\, Leo Mestre Galofré & Roger Whittle to lead the ride if available. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n60.1 mi\, +3329 ft. SUMMARY:A category ride to Colwall
DESCRIPTION:The Club meets in Kings’ Square for a ride to take coffee at around eleven o’clock in Cafe Morso. Most riders then return to Gloucester to be home around one o’clock but there is an optional extension to take in lunch at the Farmer’s Arms. \nDestinations are posted in advance and can be downloaded to your smart phone’s calendar (see buttons below) or as a pdf from here if you want a  hard copy. All rides count to the Dancey Trophy. Sign the attendance book or be noted as present at the coffee / lunch stop if you wish to compete.. \nIf you would like to know more about what to expect on our Sunday rides see here and for a list of events similar to this one click on event tags below.
