Sunday Sports Ride is heading over Cleeve hill, routes are getting harder to plan with flooding and roads, coffee at the refurbished Costa.
Pace is brisk, typically averaging 20mph or more. Bring mudguards if road or weather is wet.
Note that although this is race training the rules of the road still apply. Be courteous to other road users and ease the pace when going through built up areas. Remember that It’s not a race, it’s training, and aim for a maximum group size of no more than eight. Space groups two minutes or more apart if needed.
