The distance is typically 60 miles non stop (post ride coffee optional). Pace is brisk, typically averaging 20mph or more. Bring mudguards if road or weather is wet.
Note that although this is race training the rules of the road, our guidelines on social distancing and small groups all apply. Be courteous to other road users and ease the pace when going through built up areas. Remember:
