SUMMARY:Mitchel Troy moderate pace ride EARLY START
DESCRIPTION:The Club meets in Kings’ Square for a ride to take coffee at around eleven o’clock. Most riders then return to Gloucester to be home around one o’clock but there is an optional extension to take in a pub lunch. We shall go through the Forest of Dean and Redbrook to arrive in Mitchell Troy after the majority of the hills. Total ascent is 4750 feet (1268m)! \nThe return will be via Symonds Yat and the cycle path. This route provides the opportunity to have lunch at the Penny Farthing at Aston Crews\, a pub we keep intending to visit but never seem to get there. \n \nDestinations are posted in advance and can be downloaded to your smart phone’s calendar (see buttons below) or as a pdf from here if you want a  hard copy. All rides count to the Dancey Trophy.  \nIf you would like to know more about what to expect on our Sunday rides see here and for a list of events similar to this one click on event tags below.
