DESCRIPTION:Bruce Diesel\, the Club Coach\, will discuss Winter Training Plans in an evening session in the small lounge to give members an understanding of training tools and how to use them.  Also\, he will set up some standard winter training plans for people to use should they so wish\, and will be happy to provide members with advice and feedback on those plans. \nAt the same time and place\, Ken Sheldon\, Clothing Secretary\, will have the newly delivered Club clothing available for purchase (as reserved or casual sales).
