TUESDAY EVENING EVENTS
The Sea Cadets, 1 Albion Street, off Southgate Street, GloucesterEntrance is the blue door on the 'alleyway' that is Albion St, opposite the entrance to the docks on Southgate Street: adjacent to The Whitesmiths Arms PH, opposite the Tall Ships PH. Ring the bell!
Car parking is recommended in the Docks, free after 7pm. If coming by bike (and you know you want to!) then please just bring your machine into the building.
The club has use of the 'main deck', has washing / changing facilities, along with a kitchen and lounge. Why not just come down of an evening for a chat. Tea and coffee will be available, as well as John Smiths Smooth for £1.50 a pint!....if you want anything else, please bring your own!

Circuit Training : Based indoors in the club house, this consists of around an hour of stretching exercises, gradually working up to more demanding aerobic exercises. No equipment is required. Runs from October to March.
