RIDE CATEGORIES
AA - Flat, easy pace, open invitation ride
A - Easy(ish) possibly a few gentle climbs, some experience necessary
B - Hills, experience and stamina necessary; maybe some light off-road stuff...
C - Long ride requiring very good stamina (and food supplies)

MEET AT KINGS SQUARE EVERY SUNDAY AT 9.00AM. FOR A PROMPT START (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)
At least 2 rides - Club Ride and Sports Ride

 PLEASE FIT YOUR BIKE WITH MUD GUARDS WHEN WEATHER CONDITIONS DICTATE

From January, training Rides leave 8.30am sharp, no stops, until the end March if demand is there. See What's On page for details.
