Hopewell Colliery Cafe B club ride

Ride will be led by Malcolm Taylor. This will be the first visit by the Club to this cafe, which is being run by the former manager of the Dean Heritage Centre cafe. That cafe is now being managed by the Heritage Centre staff. After coffee those who stay out for lunch will be joined by riders from the AA ride at the Malswick Arms in Newent.

Planned route out is 38km with 522m climbing and includes a short stretch of the Forest of Dean cycle trail (there is a road alternative). It is available here. The route to lunch (36km, 430m) is here.There may be variations on the day ay the discretion of the ride leader.
