OCTOBER TOUR 2008 : WINDSOR

A gaggle of 5 left Gloucester on the Friday; one returned home by train on arrival at Warwick, but was replaced by another arriving with shopping bike by way of a motor-assisted journey. Then another joined the group at lunchtime on Saturday, so replenishing the numbers back to 5 for the journey home on Sunday. Complicated, these tours!  Superb weather all round. Great routes and scenic roads. A classic October Tour.

Coffee is taken at the Mill House ;                                        No takers for the Ford - it was quite deep and cold!

Lunch at the fab Inn in Hook Norton ;                                 Time for some repairs

The windmill near the edge of Leamington Spa ;                 Saturday: lost again on the hill top!
