20 January 2008: The Old Crown, Uley.  Recently renovated and now not so much character. But better than being closed. Rating: 6/10: excellent Uley and other ales, range of food.  No real cider.

               

With the brewery less than 1/2 mile away it is best to go for their fine ales!   Martyn / Neville and Chris V attended.

 

27 January:  The Star, Ashton-Under-Hill, Bredon Hill.  Rated: 7/10.

A fine establishment serving a range of Sunday lunchtime food.  Beer and cider.

 

A welcome return to the Boat, May 2008.

A good little spot - the sandwiches were expensive, but at least were forthcoming.
