The circuit, which starts and finishes in Bruton, Somerset, comprises a challenging route taking in Charlton Musgrove, Zeals, Kilmington and North Brewham. (Please find map attached). Riders are sure to enjoy the course, which is mainly on quiet, well surfaced roads and includes variable uphill gradients, followed by fast downhill sections.

The event is one of the West District’s traditional ‘early season’ TTs, having been previously promoted by Trowbridge CC. The Wheelers are pleased to take charge of the fixture, wishing to ensure it’s successful continuance on the racing calendar and are hopeful of attracting a good field.

We are currently formulating a good prize fund, which will include at least £20 for the first overall Veteran home, and several Age-related ‘Vet’ awards. There will also be a substantial incentive to break the course record, which currently stands to Harry Lodge, (then of RDM-Flanders), who posted a 43-33 last year.
